As one local captain put it; it's a good day to stay in and play scrabble. Beautiful sunshine and 80 degrees out, but too high of winds and seas.
The two dive boats that tried turned around after nine footers were crashing over their bow. A fishing captain I spoke to said solid eight footers and muddy waters.
Until the wind and seas calm down, scrabble it is!
